STRATEGY INTO EXECUTION

I turn complexity into forward motion.

I architect operating systems that align people, decisions, and delivery—and turn ambitious priorities into results.

FROM COMPLEXITY TO CLARITY

Connect the strategy. Build the system. Develop the people.

01 / HOW I LEAD

Strategy needs a
way to happen.

I lead across teams, processes, and platforms. I turn fragmented priorities into clear operating models, accountable decisions, and coordinated execution.

01

Create clarity

I define priorities, decision rights, and ownership. I create the visibility leaders need to act and the clarity teams need to execute.

02

Strengthen execution

I design governance, reporting, and delivery routines that connect strategy to daily execution. I redesign the handoffs that stall progress.

03

Build capability

I develop people, establish repeatable practices, and embed technology into how teams work. I build organizational capability that sustains change.

02 / SELECTED LEADERSHIP STORIES

The work behind
the experience.

How I recovered stalled transformation, architected execution systems, modernized operations, and built team capability.

Leading the recovery of a stalled transformation.

The challenge

The Product Data Hub program was stalled. Business priorities, technology delivery, and stakeholder decisions needed a coherent execution plan.

What I led

I led the program recovery, working directly with the CIO, e-commerce leadership, and architecture. I established the delivery path, aligned stakeholders, managed dependencies, and drove the product-data automation work.

What changed

The program moved from stalled execution back into delivery. I connected executive decisions, technical dependencies, and automation priorities in a plan the organization could execute.

The challenge

Enterprise transformation needed consistent ways to prioritize initiatives, surface risk, and communicate progress across business and technology.

What I led

I architected and operationalized the transformation operating model: playbooks, intake and prioritization, governance forums, and executive reporting. I coached six project managers and established consistent delivery practices across the portfolio.

What changed

Transformation gained a repeatable system for prioritization, executive visibility, and delivery. I equipped six project managers with the practices, tools, and coaching to apply it.

Automating reporting and redesigning inventory workflows.

The challenge

Manual reporting and fragmented inventory information made it harder for teams to see what needed attention.

What I led

I designed and built the inventory analytics solution, automated reporting, and created a discontinued-product clearance workflow. I connected data and operational decisions across IT, purchasing, and supply chain.

What changed

Inventory reporting shifted from manual compilation to decision-ready analytics. The clearance workflow established a repeatable process for moving discontinued inventory through coordinated action.

Building and developing a volunteer team.

The responsibility

I lead chapter communications and marketing, connecting members to professional development and directing how the chapter communicates its value.

What I led

I have directly led up to six volunteers, recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing each member of my team. My current role is Vice President of Communications and Marketing; my elected presidency begins in January 2027.

How I lead

I build teams through clear expectations, meaningful ownership, and individual development. I recruit for the mission, equip people to contribute, and develop their ability to lead.

A CROSS-FUNCTIONAL FOUNDATION

Distinct paths connect into one continuous bridge, expressing teams working toward a shared direction.

Different environments.
A consistent leadership approach.

My experience spans aerospace and defense, retail and e-commerce, manufacturing, supply chain, and technology consulting.

At Leonardo DRS, I established cross-functional governance and program reporting across engineering, quality, operations, and supply chain. At JST Power Equipment, I instituted stage gates and standardized delivery reporting for electrical infrastructure programs. At ITW and ISN, I redesigned inventory and purchasing processes and built analytics solutions.

Across those settings, I have led transformation through cross-functional influence, operating-model design, and capability development. I establish the structure, align decision-makers, and drive execution.

03 / IDEAS INTO PRACTICE

Useful thinking.
Work people can use.

I translate experience into frameworks, workshops, and practical resources for clearer execution and stronger professional visibility.
